Menu - Escargot „Aliter Cocleas"
Escargot braised on onion and olive oil, sauced with red wine and honey, served with braised rice - Roasted lamb „Haedum Pasticum"
Roasted lamb boiled in sauce made of prunes, white wine and sun-dry herbs, accompanied with balsamic vinegar - Diocletian pancakes „Ova Sfongia"
Lunch also includes visit of remains of Diocleatian aqueduct (built in the AD 300s) located in the hotel basement. Min 15 persons.
